This is driftwood fastened into a slate slab. These pieces easily sink and are great for planted tanks and aquascaping. Moss and other plants can be tied or glued to the surface. The biofilm that develops on the wood is a great food source for caridina and neocaridina shrimp.
Large pieces 12” or more.
The driftwood may contain tannins. Presoak in RO or dechlorinated tap water to avoid discolored water. Change water daily until it remains clear.
